Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund of store credit or exchange.
All merchandise is made to order and shipped directly from the designated fulfillment centers. Please choose carefully when making the purchase. We will accept the following return and exchanges or issue a store credit within reasonable grounds.
Each product is inspected for quality control in the fulfillment centers prior to shipment. In the event, product/s that has a defect, poor production quality, a shipment error on the size ordered are eligible for a replacement of the exact item/s at no cost to you including shipping.
We recommend selecting a size bigger to ensure your purchase is useful. In circumstances where exchange is needed, we will allow an exchange or a store credit. However, you will take care of the shipping cost.
Since all products are made to order, we cannot replace it for another item/s.
Smartphone cases could be exchange for another color, selection or a store credit will be issued upon receiving the returned item/s.
We would like the customers to enjoy their experience shopping at the store and we will make all the effort to accommodate the return policy within reasonable situation/s.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return: Please take a photo of the item/s and email them to email@example.com. When approved, you will receive a return authorization number and a shipping label. Mail the package to:
